Withdrawal

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing may take between 1–72 working hours.

Payment Rules

• Withdrawals require a verified payment method linked to your account.
• Transactions using another person's mobile banking number are strictly prohibited.
• Winbd28 reserves the right to hold withdrawals on any suspicious transactions until verification is completed.
• The applicable exchange rate for currency conversion will be applied automatically.

Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

At Winbd28, all bets are only valid once confirmed. If a bet fails to confirm due to network issues or a technical error, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, the full stake for any bets placed on that event will be refunded. If an event is postponed for more than 12 hours, the bets may be voided.

Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. Odds can change rapidly in live betting. Bets cannot be cancelled due to odds changes.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win amount per bet varies by game and event. Any winnings exceeding the specified limit will not be paid out.

Winbd28 reserves the right to terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering or completing verification with false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• To comply with court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please write to us at support@winbd28.com with full details. Our team will provide an initial response within 72 business hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator. The mediator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

All legal matters relating to these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the licensing authority.
